Lindsey Barr is an arts administrator who has worked in the Baltimore region since graduating from Towson University with degrees in Theatrical Production & Design and Theatre Studies. She has worked as a dramaturge, stage manager, and education intern for companies in the region including Center Stage Theatre, Everyman Theatre, Single Carrot Theatre, Fells Point Corner Theatre, and the Capital Fringe Festival. Currently, Lindsey works at The Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center at the University of Maryland, where she is responsible for event management and patron services.
As a current student in the masters program at the University of Baltimore, Lindsey studies Nonprofit Management and Social Entrepreneurship. In her studies, Lindsey focuses on bridging the gap between traditional theatre management practices and artistic administrative structure to encourage cross-collaboration and social engagement with the arts.
Lindsey is excited to work with Iron Crow Theatre and to help broaden the scope of work being presented in Baltimore.
