It's Baltimore's only queer theatre and it's unlike any other theatre you've been apart of. You’ll be challenged and inspired, recognized and fulfilled. Overall, you’ll be proud. Because however you get involved here, you’ll be part of something big. From all of the Crows - join us for our historic 2016 - 2017 season. We can't wait to get to work!

MISSION STATMENT: Iron Crow Theatre is the theatre of mischief and subversion, a queer theatre celebrating the renegade and the unorthodox, in all of us, reflecting the diverse stories of our community and the world in which we live. We produce and create professional new work, re-imagine well-known stories, and seek out innovative scripts. Our work ignites conversation and all voices are welcome.

WORKING AT IRON CROW THEATRE: Iron Crow Theatre relies on the gracious support of its community and their donation of time to sustain and expand our impact in and around the greater Baltimore area. Iron Crow Theatre is run by an entire administrative staff of volunteers that donate their skills, passions and expertise to an organization they believe in. One that is rooted both in theatre as much as it is in social justice and activism. Iron Crow Theatre's Administrative Staff support the theatre's mission from within it's core and the experiences they've gained at the helm of a 501(c)(3) professional organization have provided them with opportunities once never thought possible.

PLEASE NOTE: Iron Crow Theatre is actively seeking grants/funding and increased financial sponsorship. Stipends, Commision and/or PT and FT salary options may be available soon. We're looking for individuals willing to start with the company and enjoy the benefits of a rapidly growing organization.

Iron Crow Theatre is a professional 501(c)(3) theatre employing over 100 local artists, designers, musicians, actors and directors from the Baltimore/Washington, D.C. area. The artists here at Iron Crow Theatre don’t just create great theatre — they create a kind of pure theatrical art that’s recognized as both subversive and mischievious - yet always masterful. It’s the diversity of our people and their ideas that inspires this art and the art yet to be uncovered. We bring together a committed and dedicated staff of volunteers who lead the organization and who are already leaders in both Baltimore's and the Nation's theatre arts and education arenas. Join Iron Crow Theatre, and help become a key player in Baltimore's thriving professional theatre scene.
