"Don't dream it, be it!"

Join Iron Crow Theatre for the quintessential queer theatrical experience and what is now Baltimore's award-winning and favorite tradition in this cult classic film turned live stage musical, The Rocky Horror Show! Sweethearts Brad and Janet, stuck with a flat tire during a storm, seek shelter at a mysterious old castle on a dark and stormy night, where they encounter transvestite scientist Dr. Frank ‘N’ Furter. As their innocence is lost, Brad and Janet meet a houseful of wild characters, including a rocking biker and a creepy butler. Through elaborate dances and rock songs, Frank ‘N’ Furter unveils his latest creation: a muscular man named Rocky. Complete with call-outs, cascading toilet paper, and an array of other audience participation props, this deliberately kitschy rock 'n' roll sci-fi gothic thriller is more fun than ever!

The Rocky Horror Show is Iron Crow Theatre's Special Yearly Fundraiser. All proceeds from The Rocky Horror Show go directly to Baltimore's Moveable Feast and to the Iron Crow Theatre Sustainability Fund increasing artist stipends, production quality, and ensuring that Iron Crow Theatre remains a vibrant and sustainable theatre in Baltimore City.

CRITICAL ACCLAIM

"Unless you hate fun and joy, you should give this Rocky a try. It’s a great experience for newcomers and old timers alike. During times like these when so many of our communities are under attack, the most radical thing you can do is to be yourself–unapologetically. It is in this spirit of sticking it to the man that Iron Crow is delivering and helping to preserve one of our most cherished queer traditions with a Rocky Horror that leaves us with one directive: ‘Don’t dream it, be it.’” - DC Metro Theatre Arts

"Mr. Elias guides a somewhat different version of the musical with a deft hand bringing in a talented, high-energy, mischievous cast to lead the audience to witness a sexually fluid debauchery like no other on the stage." - OUTSpoken

"Iron Crow’s Rocky is well worth seeing, so grab your fishnets, corsets and high heel shoes and get to the Motor House because Halloween night is the last show before they all return to their home planet." - MD Theatre Guide

"I think Iron Crow really nailed this ... I can say, with the utmost love and as a Certified Queer, that this is the gayest production of Rocky Horror I have ever seen. That’s quite an accomplishment. Watching Iron Crow’s Rocky Horror felt more like sitting at the bar and drinking with friends." - DC Metro Theatre Arts

“Iron Crow Theatre’s production of The Rocky Horror Show runs only during October 26 – 31, 2017, and I was lucky to get in for opening night! Directed by Artistic Director and CEO Sean Elias, Iron Crow does this horror/fantasy classic justice. Iron Crow’s production is different and in some ways better …" - MD Theatre Guide

"Under the solid direction of Sean Elias, The Rocky Horror Show is a well-staged, seductive, sexy, sassy and satirical spectacle.  With only until October 31 to view it, you should rush to get tickets.” - OUTSpoken
