Producing Artistic Director Sean Elias and Managing Director Natka Bianchini welcome you to Iron Crow Theatre’s new permanent home in Remington, on a corner of N. Howard Street that Seawall has spent years reimagining as a home for artists, makers, and community.
Located in the heart of Baltimore’s Remington neighborhood, 2600 N. Howard Street is the new permanent home of Iron Crow Theatre, Baltimore’s award-winning professional queer theatre company.
Housed within a distinctive historic brick building, Iron Crow Theatre’s new home transforms the former industrial space, known lovingly as the Tire Shop, into an intimate destination for bold performance, artistic experimentation, and community gathering. The venue features a flexible black box theatre alongside spaces designed to support rehearsals, special events, workshops, readings, and new work.
The move marks a major milestone in Iron Crow Theatre’s history: after seventeen years of producing throughout Baltimore, and over a decade fighting for space, the company is establishing a permanent home of its own and creating a year-round space where Baltimore artists, queer artists, and their allies can create, gather, take risks, and bring new ideas to life.

GETTING HERE
Iron Crow Theatre is located at 2600 N. Howard Street, Baltimore, MD 21218, in Baltimore’s Remington neighborhood, just north of Station North and convenient to I-83. We currently share the building with La Maison, by Café Dear Leon.
From I-83 / Points North
Take I-83 South to Exit 7 for 28th Street/Druid Park Lake Drive. Follow signs for 28th Street and continue east to N. Howard Street. Turn right onto N. Howard Street. The theatre will be approximately two blocks ahead.
From Downtown Baltimore
Take I-83 North (Jones Falls Expressway) from Downtown Baltimore.
Take Exit 6-7A-7B toward 28th Street / North Avenue / Druid Park Lake Drive. Keep left to continue toward 28th Street, then keep right at the fork and follow signs for 28th Street. Do not continue toward Druid Park Lake Drive.
Merge onto W. 28th Street and continue east for approximately four traffic lights. Turn right onto N. Howard Street.
Continue south on N. Howard Street for approximately two blocks. Iron Crow Theatre will be on your right at 2600 N. Howard Street, just before W. 26th Street.
From I-95 / Washington, D.C. & Points South
Take I-95 North toward Baltimore, then I-395 North toward Downtown/Inner Harbor. Continue onto Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and follow it north to N. Howard Street. Turn left onto Howard Street and continue north to 2600 N. Howard Street.
By Train
Baltimore Penn Station is approximately one mile from the theatre and is served by Amtrak and MARC trains. From Penn Station, the theatre is a short rideshare or taxi trip away.
Parking
Free and metered street parking is available throughout the surrounding neighborhood, including along N. Howard Street and nearby cross streets. We recommend allowing a few extra minutes before your performance to find parking, particularly on Friday and Saturday evenings.
A small parking lot is located directly adjacent to the theatre. On-site parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please observe all posted parking restrictions and do not park in neighboring private or residential lots.
Guests using rideshare services may be dropped off and picked up directly in front of the theatre at 2600 N. Howard Street.
